I would recommend this product it's easy to assemble and it has been very sturdy so far. And the people from over whelming are so kind and respectful. I had 3 bungee cords missing and speaking with an associate she made me feel at ease. She was super sweet and made sure my missing pieces were replaced immediately with no questions asked. This canopy is perfect for keeping my dogs from being in direct wind, rain, and snow. I love it. I will be buying another one in the future. Dec 7,2022 I wanted to give an update on our wonderful canopy 😊 my husband and I live in the mountains in Vermont. Since our canopy for our dogs has been up we have had 50± mph winds heavy snow at times, ice, and heavy down pour rain. Our canopy has been fantastic! It's held up Great our beautiful dogs have stayed warm and dried, the canopy stayed sturdy during high wind storms, and my husband and I cannot thank you enough for this wonderful canopy! Our puppies thank you to 😁 we are 100% Satisfied and we will definitely be ordering more of these canopy's. December 17,2022 UPDATE: I wanted to do another update on our canopy we purchased. We just had our first bad snow storm 17+inches of snow. The roof of the canopy held so Great with all the snow we never had one issue. The canopy held so sturdy it never budged. I posted another picture to show how perfect this canopy is and definitely worth the $$money.When we take all of our dogs out and put them inside this canopy they love their not getting wet nor standing in all the snow They have plenty of space inside to run and play and do their duties. They love the windows inside the canopy. Again we can't thank you enough for this wonderful product. It has truly been amazing for what we use it for and I can't express it enough how happy we are to have purchased this canopy. I ordered this carport son Saturday and asked about if I could get the shipping expedited but due to weight to wasn't cost effective for the company they said it would be sent out Monday and I'd receive it by April 1st about a week from the order date but I got a notification on Monday that it was shipped and I'd receive it by the first but to my avail it was delivered on Tuesday morning at 1130am this tent was order and delivered within 3 days so I can only comment on shipping at this time but I plan on trying to put it up this weekend if the weather is on my side and I'll post pictures and videos of it being put together and I will update every 6 months on how it's goin it getting a wooden floor and anchored to the floor and then getting anchored to the ground as well I plan on making the a semi permanent garage/workshop for my dirtbike and winter storage for my classic Camaro so I'll let you know how it holds up in winds/rain and snow.So figured I'd make an update I got it very quickly but that's the only good thing about it I started setting it up and midway through setting it up we were having a slight breeze nothing serious AT ALL and it started to sway horribly the anchors it comes with are a joke so I had to get thicker and longer ones even with those it didn't help I also bought ratchet straps to try and make it stable no avail so before completely setting it up I took it back down and put in for a refund because its advertised as a heavy duty carport garage and a. It's not heavy duty my 10x10 canopy is sturdier without anchors than this is.B. I asked for a refund and I get offered a 40 dollar refund and I keep it I'm sorry but I need like 2-400 in materials to build a floor to mount it to in order to be able to use it for what it is advertised and sold to be used forC. It says in the manual that your not supposed to use it long term that it's meant for maybe a days use if that so it shouldn't be advertised as a carport or a garage because it can't be used as either according to the owners manualD. After the 40 I got offered 50 after he talked to a "manager"E. Couple weeks go by back and forth about how 50 dollars is ridiculous and I'd rather send it back for a full refund they keep making excuses about how they don't want me to have to ship it back when it's clearly not even worth it for them to get it back and try to resell it because it's so cheaply made.. your better off buying 2 10x10 canopy's and using tarps for sidewalls and you'll save yourself a world of a headache and frustration I've been emailing back and forth and have been offered up to a 120 refund and to keep it and I'm only willing to accept a 200 refund to put towards the 400 in wood and supply's I need to build a floor to be able to mount it to so I can use it for what it's being advertised as... PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS ITEM ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR FRUSTRATION THE SELLER DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND this was supposed to be a birthday present so I can keep my son's dirtbikes and toys out of the weather at our town house terrible so please let me mistake be a warning to stay away from this unless you have double what you paid for it to put into it. But if you just need something for a day THAT HAS ABSOLUTELY NO WIND AY ALL then it might work but I didn't even have the sidewalls put on before I realized it was never going to work so I took it down before it was damaged in any way so I could send it back for a full refund but that's not possible either apparently

pros:CHEAPhas roll up garage doors on both sidesput together in a couple hourshas clear plastic windows so that you can see in and outside while working or walking by being nosycons:CHEAPThe tarp is thinner than other portable garages (also known as Covid Tents) that I have put up.The metal pipes also have thinner walls than average.the top tarp piece is VERY tight to install and has a lot of strain on the metal islet things that the bungies go through to secure it to the poles, we had to stretch it pretty hard just to attach it to the second side.The "windows" are about as thin as two pieces of kitchen saran wrap.3 of the pipes came with big dents in them blame shipping?One of the pipes actually split while trying to secure the top tarp.Will up date in 3 months, when the tarp rips to shreds, or some other random low quality fault; whichever comes first.3.5 stars would be the Ideal rating5 months in -Well…. It’s still standing. No significant change and has made it through several pretty decent wind storms. I do attribute that to the fact that it is bolted down to a parking lot with hardware that we purchased separately.

I baught this because it said heavy duty as in the frame was really sturdy and the tarp was not going to dissole over time from the sun or rip. well i have had it no 3 years the other one i had i lost it in a storm this one i was able to save but the canapy has since shredded on most side from wind or what ever. also it leaks water. I use this as a work area for projects and I have damaged some of my materials and tools because of this not holding up. I had to buy water bags for the legs also because the storms lately want to destroy the thing. im in california by the way. I hope i can get a decent price to just replace the canapy so i dont loose more stuff.
