I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. I tried orthodics, PT, inserts, you name it. Nothing worked. I walked all over Atlantic City this weekend for a festival and my foot was on fire. I came home and to my delight, these heel sleeves were on my front porch waiting for me! I slipped them on and instantly could feel how it just hugged my heel and arch, giving me extra cushion and support. I went to bed with them on and woke up NOT LIMPING or in excruciating pain! I will be putting these on every day I get home from work to help ease my heel and foot pain. Great product!

Cheap and did nothing for me

The fit was fine but caused my feet to sweat. I wore it around the house and it did relieve some of the pain.

The plantar fasciitis in my left foot has improved over the last two weeks since using this product. I don’t even need to wear everyday anymore. There are two drawbacks: 1- keeping it clean. You’ll need to wear something over it if you have hardwood floors as the dirt is highly attracted to the silicon. Cleaning them hasn’t been as successful as I’d hoped either. I’ve used soap and alcohol and they still hold some of the dirt. The other drawback is the over stretching. I noticed it does not keep form after a week of wearing. So I switched to the second slip. I was looking forward to using these for at least a few months before repurchasing.

It is a nice design , the heel gel is soft.I also find them unnatural to walk in.They cause sweating .At the end of the day they smell.I’ve washed them and they still smell .

Okay so first of all I was a bit skeptical about this product, but I’m willing to try anything that may offer some help with foot pain. I spend all day on my feet for work, and then when I get home I’m usually running around for a couple more hours handling the house. Needless to say my feet pretty much always hurt in one way or another. As soon as I got them I slapped these bad boys on, and it was like a freaking hug for my feet! I have been wearing them for a few days now, and my feet are pretty happy. I’m going to to buy another pair for myself, and another one for my boyfriend to try.On another note my heels tend to be super rough because I spend a lot of time gardening without shoes, and they’re actually softened up quite a bit since I started using these!

I bought this product because I have dry and cracked heels which kept tearing my socks, and I was hoping that these gel sleeves would serve as a cushion to keep my socks from tearing up so fast. I should note that in addition to these gel sleeves, I also got a foot cream that I apply on my heels underneath the sleeves, and together it's been working great thus far. The sleeves feel very soft and stretchy, you practically don't feel them when walking in socks and shoes, and thus far it seems to protect my socks. Another important factor for me is that they don't have any toxic smell to them, which I'm very happy about. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this product if you have the same problem as me and would like to keep your socks from ripping, and to keep the cream from getting onto your socks
