We are a family of 7 and we all love kind bars. You can taste the high quality wholesome food ingredients in every bite. What I love most about kind bars is that I can pronounce the ingredients and don’t have to look them up to know what I’m eating. I thought I had my favorite flavor down, until I tried this one! This caramel almond and sea salt flavor is simply delicious. I really love it because it’s the perfect snack to fulfill both my sweet and salty cravings. I actually have to restrain myself from eating several at a time. This bar is not only perfect for a healthy snack, but it’s also perfect for on-the-go breakfast or even a treat after lunch. This bar is a very nut filled with almonds. They definitely did not skimp on the amount of almonds added…. It’s enough to leave you satisfied. The sea salt taste is just perfect and compliments the caramel flavor very well. I really enjoy eating these bars. Not only are they delicious, but they’re also healthy. I highly recommend giving them a try!
