As a 22 year old female, I never thought I would be writing a review on adult diapers.But these saved me after I had my baby. I used these instead of the awful boat sized pads the hospital gives you after you give birth. I never had any sort of leak either. When I gave birth I tore awfully and had to have 4 sets of stitches, and let me tell you it was so nice having something that was comfortable in a time where you are so uncomfortable and sore no matter what you do. It was way easier being able to just put my Tucks pads in the bottom of these and spray some Dermaplast on and just pull them up instead of having to do all that and position a big bulky pad. I also used these before I gave birth because honestly, I was tired of changing my underwear everytime I coughed, laughed, or sneezed. You couldn't ever tell I was wearing them either. I'm 5'4" 150 pounds and ordered a medium and they fit perfect.
