Very good for cleaning your skin. I had a nice glow after using the mask.

I have sensitive, reactive skin and expected this mud mask to make my skin red, but in reality, I found it to be exceptionally gentle and kind. It does not sting at all and the only time I really even notice that it's on my face is when it becomes very dry and ready to remove. It cracks but doesn't crumble off. It feels deeply cleansing and makes the texture of my skin feel even and refined. It's a lovely treat to use once or twice a week to remove the dirt from deep down in my pores. It comes in a small plastic pot with a screw top lid and a spatula to apply it with. However, although I use the spatula to keep my fingers out of the tub for hygiene, I have to spread the mask around my face with my fingertips because the consistency is very thick. I would have given this wonderful product five stars, but I feel that it needs some thinning down. I spritz my face with a toner to prevent the mask from drying out too quickly, though I must add, that it does not dry the skin out. It feels both cleansing and nourishing. I do love that it contains a lot of beneficial natural extracts and niacinamide which is so good for hydration, treating acne, and pigmentation. The mask has a refreshing, botanical aroma which smells good. It's perfect for my mature, spot prone skin, because it doesn't contain any irritating ingredients, it's hydrating and nourishing as well as thoroughly cleansing.

I have not used this mask for too long, however I can see that it leaves skin very soft and clean. It is easy to apply and to rinse off. It appears to be quite good for sensitive skin.

I love the formula, ingredients, but as long it comes in plastic I couldn't say yes.

Perfect face mask with a lot of benefits to the skin, I read one review where it mention that sheer butter clogs skin, that correct if you use the product to regularly, only use this product as specific 2-3 time a week you should be fine with no issue, how ever if your pores are already clogged then you may see the odd acne spots appear, I would recommend that you still continue to use your regular face wash on the days face mask is not used to maintain the skin health.

This rose clay mask features a light floral scent, I love the pastel pink colour of the clay & my skin felt soft, supple & well hydrated after only one application. It comes with a plastic spatula for easy mess-free application & feels very soothing on the face, it dries quickly within 20 minutes without crumbling off though it requires rinsing thoroughly afterwards which was the most time consuming & messy part of the whole process.

I'm not a review person, but this product is really good, so decided to share my experience and maybe others can benefit. I had a large patch of dark spots caused by sunburn for 2 years, it got worse recently so I decided to seriously manage my skin condition and find an effective dark spot remover product. I tried several products in 2 weeks each with different typical effective ingredients inside, including an expensive known skincare brand with high technology formulated Vitamin C. Disappointingly, I have to say, most of them don't work as I expected, some even without a little bit of difference. I don't mean they are not good products, I just mean they don't work for me. Also, I don't quite buy the philosophy that a skincare product without effects after the initial 2-3 times application may work great for me after using a whole bottle. I also don't have a budget and time to spend on it. So I gave each max 2-3 days to try, if I don't see the difference, I will quit the product and try another one. Luckily I found 2 products that work for me at last, which means I can see the visible fading each time I use them. Among them, this Anna Rui turmeric clay mask works the best! The first time I tried it, I found nearly 1/4 part of my dark spot faded almost completely. Later every time I used it I also saw a big difference, although not as great as the first time, but also quite visible. I actually didn't use it every day, only 3 times a week at night when I do the regular face cleaning. Then I didn't use any night cream with dark spot removing ingredients, as I need to use other anti-aging products. My family also told me they noticed much of my black spots faded since I used the turmeric mask. Encouraged by the results, recently I also ordered the Turmeric serum of this brand for everyday use hoping to accelerate the process. Great I found the Anna Rui brand and its high-quality turmeric products that are helpful to remove my annoying accumulated dark spots! I also appreciate its reasonable price that most people can afford. My experience is not necessarily the big brand products can help, you have to try different choices to find the one that really works for you!

Noticed difference on first use

Pros: - Nice earthy smell and nice green coloring. - Creamy in texture and goes on the skin quite smoothly leaving a cool sensation on the face. - Leaves my skin very soft, clear and hydrated without feeling too oily. - Helped to diminish the appearance of dark circles. Cons: - Hard to remove. I found it was easiest to rinse my face in the shower. - The plastic applicator is really uncomfortable to use and doesn't spread the product evenly across the face. - Little pricey.
