Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Plus Gas Relief Chews, Tropical Punch, 54 Count

The relief is within seconds! The taste while chewing is most palatable giving the feeling you are chewing a good tasting gum. I highly recommend these over the mixed flavors.

Have two bottles of it around the house all the time. If you have embarrassing gas or anti-acid (which can cause embarrassing gas) take one of these and it STOPS. You can't take more than two in a day however, but it's so strong and effective you usually don't need more than two in a day's time. Great stuff - far more effective than those little gas pills you get at the drug store (the ones where you have to take a handful at once to get any results). Well worth the money.

Never heard of this style of Alka-Seltzer but thought I would give it a try. Tastes great and works just as fast as the plop plop fizz fizz. I loved those things as a kid and would sneak them every chance I got. So now they come in this new look and size; I only use them when necessary, but probably eat more than I should anyway--lol---oh well... gets the job done; that's all I care about.

I took this item for acid reflux. It was some what helpful but had to take it often

Product arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I’m not in love with the flavor but ‘to each their own’ I am sure some people will enjoy it more than I. The moment you eat these, they work. I have acid reflux and these work quickly!
