A must have! Definitely sleeping better. I take this in the morning and it helps me stay calm all day. When it’s time to sleep I’m already chill and feel like my sleep has been better no more getting up in the middle of the night 2 to 3 times a night.

I've tried several different magnesium combos over the years and this is the first that I felt has done something good for me. I'm sleeping so much better at night... My sleep is way more restful as well. My leg cramps aren't near as bad and my eye twitching has subsided. It took about 5 weeks to notice the difference.
