Easy to understand, thorough in topics
Great introduction into employment law. Covers many important topics, ranging from employee benefits, nondiscrimination, hiring, firing, etc.. Limited amount of case studies, which is a good thing for a handbook. I'll be buying another more "legalistic" book to supplement, and am happy that this book specialized in giving plain English legal information.

Book Shelf Worthy
I used this as a textbook this semester for an employment law course for graduate students. This is the second edition that I have used and still pleased.
