These baskets are really nice and I like that I can write on them which makes it easier to know what's in them.

They are just what I needed for some organization of shoes. Shoes sizes 9/10. Some summer sandals and flip flops are 2 pair in a basket. Loafers, Dress shoes ans sneakers are just one pair per basket. They stack very nice. The label is a nice added touch. I love how it make the storage area look. I still need to label everything but I'm waiting till I'm set on the arrangement of shoes.

The item arrived and looked like the picture. One of the baskets in the 16x12 set arrived with the frame bent. I reached out to Best Choice and told them and sent a picture stating that 1 out of the 4 baskets arrived damaged. The customer service was amazing, as they gave me a one time courtesy and sent a whole other set of 4 (16x12) even though only one was damaged. I chatted with several different reps and they were all kind and on the same page. They have a future customer in me. Thanks Best Choice! I appreciate you!
