Creamy texture, crunchy, easily digestable. But taste wise I'm a bit unsatisfied, i don't really liked the taste pretty much. Some rough smell and taste came from this after cooking, maybe because of seeds or fruit content. Highly Nutrient rich oats, but taste wise pretty average.
