Close to normal pasta but...
This is much better than the stuff they sell at Waitrose / Sainsbury's. If you're experienced at making lasagna you probably won't have a problem but I don't cook it that often so I don't really know what to do with it. But it's delicious, lol. Good texture. Actually - great texture!
