I just received this tea today, it tastes great! I steep it for over 5 minutes and then again a second cup same leaf. I never take the leaf out I'm so bitter! I love it. If you like bitter this is what you want. I can't wait to pour it over ice in the summer. I like bitter beer, pilsner and ipa and so on, so this is my healthy alternative. Calming, relaxing and focusing with this tea, great mood.

As reported, this tea is super bitter. I have been drinking it ā and enjoying it ā by adding a spoonful of cinnamon creamed honey. It does curb my appetite a bit and Iām anxious to see if it has a positive effect on my cholesterol. Time will tell.

I like it. Have been drinking it almost every day. It's not as bitter as I expected (maybe I've gotten used to it?). I add 1 leaf per tea cup and let it steep for 3-5 minutes (leaf will totally unfurl). Has a taste somewhere between Miso and Seaweed to me.
