Treeline Cheese - Vegan Dairy-Free Aged Artisanal Cheese 4 oz, 6-Pack (Classic)

This is a delicious vegan cheese that's actually got protein and cultures, the way that cheese should. Zero fillers, and it's sliceable. It really is cheese, just made with cashews instead of dairy. I'd describe the flavor as relatively mild yet tangy, a good "basic" cheese, and it works exceptionally well layered with other flavors and foods, such as on a cheese board. I regret not testing the melt or trying it in recipes, but honestly, the fact that I could (and did) eat it cold is a testament to the quality, in and of itself. I hope this company experiments more with other aged, firm cheeses. Their spreads are good too, but I'm a sucker for hard cheeses!

This stuff is delicious, creamy, spreads like cheese, and did I say Delicious!

As a Vegan,it is my daughter’s favorite cheese.

Tastes like melted tar, had to throw them all away, too bad….
