This stuff will get you PUMPED. The dosage on the package is way too high. 3 grams is for a 300lb body builder or the literal Hulk. I'm under 130lbs, 5'3". I took the listed dosage and started working out and immediately felt like I could punch a planet. I wanted to lift everything in sight and do a million push-ups. I wanted to tear down walls and use the moon as a kettlebell. This went on long after my regular workout and I wanted to do more exercising but my stomach was upset if I moved too much. I crashed HARD when it finally wore off and my body is extra sore from working out because I was so extra yesterday. From now on I'll take three capsules.

I found out about L citrulline from health broadcasts on the internet. I think it works as expected. In my opinion its always good to take care of your health now instead of coming up on a problem later. i am 53.

Started using for my blood pressure and have felt an amazing difference I don't believe it's a placebo as I have taken plenty of supplements in the past and haven't felt anything but this is definitely high quality and very strong. Good price aswell.

This works after a few days of use if you need a little help keeping up. It’s a little cumbersome taking 8 pills daily to keep it in your system instead of taking a blue or yellow as needed. It does work for mild symptoms if you don’t have a script.

The product certainly works for the purpose of increasing vasodilation for increased pumps in the gym. However, the serving size on the nutrition fact suggested eight tablets as a serving size? I took that many at one point and got a headache. The serving size may be incorrect.

Definitely see an extreme pump from adding this to my supplements. Enjoying it but also giving it a break after weeks of use before workouts. I’ll be back using it after a 2 week break from it. Great product for sure!
