Got this set for my nephews to have their own set so they could play disc golf with their friends. They're pretty used to playing but they are younger boys and needed a beginners set so they could have easy to use disc's for all of the different kinds of disc's they needed. They really like this set because they said it has everything they need. It's not the flashiest or most expensive set, but it's a solid, durable, easy to use set that performs pretty well for their needs. They enjoy playing with their friends and Dad.

Love this starter kit. Everything is in the softest plastic, so don't expect the discs you throw hard to live forever. Very nice for a new player to get in 50 or so games before considering new discs

This is a good beginner set in that you get 5 discs for $50 which is pretty good if you're not sure you'll love the game. However, I found that the discs they include are not necessarily "beginner friendly" in the way that they throw. The Destroyer is a very high speed (12) for a beginner with low arm speed and is way too overstable to be useful for a new player (i.e. it will not go far and will go aggressively to the left for a RHBH throw). The Teebird is better (easier to throw at speed 7) but I found it to also be a bit overstable for me and it throws so similarly to the Leopard (for me) that I never use it unless I'm in a tricky spot and I need a stupid overstable disc. In my mind, they should get rid of the Destroyer and the Teebird and include the Archangel (and lower the price to $40). I bought the archangel separately and the understability really seems to benefit my beginner (lack of) accuracy (it doesn't go aggressively left for me) and is a slower speed than a destroyer (Archangel is speed 8) so you'll be able to use more of its potential as a beginner and consequently throw further. The Leopard is great once it breaks it and flies mostly straight. Same with the Roc3. The Aviar putter is a putter... In my mind, a better "beginner" set would be the Avair putter, Roc3 mid-range, Leopard fairway driver, and Archangel distance driver. (Leave out the mini - it's just unnecessary) for $35 or $40, throw in a cheap bag for $10 extra. The DX plastic keeps the cost down which is nice but it's Innova's least durable plastic. This means it breaks in quick (probably 5 or 10 rounds depending on how many trees you plow into at full speed) but you might end up with some excessive damage if the wind takes you away and you dive into some concrete. At the end of the day, you got what you paid for on the plastic.

I really like them, they are pretty good to start, with a lot of variety. They are not that durable though, but a solid starter pack and a good price

We had so much fun with these, I ordered two more sets for the other two people in our family. The distance was great, although we are beginners. My son and I had a great time deciding which colors we liked best and which ones we wanted to swap.

I am a beginner, and throwing these are different than a regular frisbee. At first I wasn't pleased, but like golf, most of the time it isn't the club (disk) it is the person using it. I bought two sets, one for me and my wife, and by the end of our 3rd game learned how to throw them and actually like it a lot. Knowing how the numbering on the disc works, and what kind of fade and turn they will make has made a big difference. Also they are durable, I have clobbered a few trees, and had some dents, but nothing cracked, a few cuts and dents. I used a lighter and got it soft and molded it back like new. Great product, fast delivery.

ディスクには問題ないが 5枚のディスクはそれぞれ形が違っていて数字が書いてあるが、数字がどういう意味からない 初心者用なのだから遠くまで飛ぶとかカーブするなどディスクの特徴説明が欲しい

I have been playing for a few years, so when my son asked for his own set, I immediately turned to my favourites. This set has them all (distance and fairway drivers, mid-range and putter) they are perfect. He loves them. They are ideal for anyone, starters or old hats like me!
