I've had more expensive ones which felt nicer and looked nicer, where there was a left and a right and they were more comfortable. These ones, the nipple is pretty much just painted on. They're not as shapely or -quite- as real looking as other brands and they don't quite feel a part of you in the way other breast forms would. But, they're cheap and they fill the space where you need to fill the space. If you're wearing something where they're completely covered up and you're not expecting to be too active, they're fine and a perfectly good price for what they are.
