Good enough product. Would stir into my coffee. It is a very tasty product. Dissolved easily, However, didn't notice any change in my brittle fingernails. Glad to have at least tried this product.

A delicious way to take collagen supplements. This chocolate powder mixes instantly with liquids (I use milk) and packs 10 mg of 5 sources of collagen in one scoop (20mg in 2 scoops, but I use only 1 daily) I used to use a cheaper, unflavored collagen powder but the smell was so "gaggy", even when mixing with chocolate milk to mask the flavor, that I finally broke down and paid more for Ancient Nutrition brand. You get collagen from 5 sources instead of 2 or 3, and the chocolate flavor is so good. Even the powder smells delicious when you open the can. I'm on my 3rd can and can see a real difference in the thickness of my hair, which has started growing rapidly (!) and the strength of my nails, which are finally growing again. I can only imagine the growth if I used the recommended 20mg dose. But it's a bit pricey at $45 for 20 servings of 20mg, so I'm sticking with the 10mg dosage. I actually bought it for my joints, and can see a big difference in ease of movement, as I'm more up there in years and need all the help I can get.

This is one of the few collagen powders that contains all the recommended types of collagen if you’re going to add a collagen powder to your health regimen. It’s also third-party tested, which is also not as common. My only complaint is the price tag!! I usually try to look for deals on Amazon in order to save a little bit and occasionally buy a different one from Costco. I’ve noticed a difference in my skin being more smooth and radiant on my face after I started taking it. I’m also taking it for the added protein, which is a huge benefit to be able to take it as an extra protein boost in the morning.

Tastes good to me. I usually mix in with hot coffee or hot water and it dissolves with no issues. If I am making iced coffee I just use a tumbler cup with a mixing ball which ensures no clumps. My first month of using this I had the dark peppermint which was delicious but now our of stock so I got the chocolate. Equally good. One month of the product was enough for me to continue on it as I truly felt like my fine lines were smoothing out or at least less noticable. Figure keep on it to see if I see more improvement I sometimes add Monin syrup for a flavored hot cocoa type of drink

Tastes good, but is a little hard to mix. Overall love it for health benefits!
