I bought a pair of converse sneakers that rubbed my heels raw the first time I wore them. I saw these online and thought they might help prevent that in the future. The worked great and solved my problem.

Was excited to stop blisters on back of foot. These are old lady ugly and not comfy. Not for me

I recently completed a half-marathon brisk walk; unfortunately, a silver dollar blister appeared under my left heel shortly after my walk ended. I wanted to protect the blister with a self-stick silicone dressing while it healed but couldn’t find any that were large enough. These clear, elastic silicone “heel socks” worked perfectly!They’re thin enough to wear under socks with casual shoes so they should work OK for the week to ten days it takes for a blister on a weight bearing surface to full heal. For a few days, I'm also wearing a silicone “heel spur” pad inside that shoe to shift some of the load away from the center of my heel to the sides. Receiving both products next day for free was a nice bonus!

Liked the feeling if it..if walking on wood or rug floor..was very hard to put on with sneakers or boots ..they would not stay put!!! so I just wear them with slip on house slippers..oh well !!

Super difficult to get into correct position in shoe

This product is advertised on the Amazon page as Support for Plantar Fasciitis, while on the back of the package it clearly says it is intended for protección of cracked heels.The thickness of the gel on the heel is as thick as my socks, it does not make a difference for heel pain.

My teen chose these for her Dr Martens boots as she gets blisters on her heels every time, even with the brand’s signature socks. She was happy with these — problem solved!

Helps quite a lot. Heal pain is a lot better.
