Great Frother!
Great frother for the money. Much better than the battery operated ones. Works much better than I anticipated! So far holds a charge for a long time. I love that the piece comes off and I can soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Only thing I don't like is it didn't come with a stand. Other than that I would definitely recommend.

Powerful
This thing works really well, but, be careful! Froth/mix before you fill your cup! It's powerful so if your cup is full, you'll have a big mess to clean! After that lesson learned, I love it. The battery power ones suck.

This 2-Speed version of the Maestri frothers is almost perfect
There are a lot of middle-of-the-road frothers out there. I've been through a few of them in my recent search for something that could mix and froth well, without taking up any more outlets in my basement kitchen. This one hits very close to the best one for my needs. Most recently, these Maestri frothers come in basically three versions: A single-speed @ 8000 RPM, this two-speed @8000/5500 RPM, and a stepless variable-speed version. Aside from that, the only real difference in recent version pack-outs is which attachments they come with. The problems with the single-speed version are 1) it ramps up to full speed very quickly, and 2) the button is press On / press Off, instead of Press & Hold for On & Release for Off. At the high RPMs the single-speed provides, it's too easy to quickly spill liquid out of common mug and glass sizes. There are easy ways they could fix that, but that's how it is now. This two-speed version -- apparently only available in the Grape Purple color, and not listed anywhere on their web site -- still has the potential problem with button operation, but works better by ramping up to Max speed (first button press) much more slowly, making the drink much less likely to quickly slosh out. This slow ramp to 8000 RPM provides enough time to press the button again for 5500 RPM, which is nearly perfect for mixing in fiber, protein, or other powders. Meanwhile, the faster speed is still there when you need it for more frothing, provided the milk / container size ratio is enough to keep it from getting whipped out on the counter. That combination of speeds and slow ramp times makes this much less spill-prone than the single-speed version, and much easier to use with one hand than the variable-speed version (which has a rotary On/Off & Speed control). As it is, this mixes and froths whole milk, half-and-half, or heavy whipping cream just about perfectly, once you learn its few quirks and develop the right technique. There are, however, a few changes they could make to the two-speed version that would make this perfect for my needs: - Instead of one On/High, On/Low, Off button, give it two buttons - One Press/Release On/Off button for High, and another for Low speed. This would practically eliminate the possibility of starting at, or getting to, a higher speed than needed. - Give it a bigger battery. It would cost mere pennies to give this a 2000mAH+ instead of a 1200mAH battery, and I can't think of any reasonable downside to that. - Give the motor a little more torque. It's fairly easy for the current motor, at either speed, to get bogged down in a thick protein powder mix, or when pressing the frother or other attachment a bit too hard into the bottom or side of the frothing container. A bit more "oomph" would prevent that. I really like the overall design and features of thes Maestri frothers better than many other, cheaper versions. Just a few tweaks as mentioned above would make this an absolute no-brainer to recommend for just about anything short of a full-on immersion blender.

A gadget more useful than I ever imagined!
Great product for the money! It appears to be well made, and is attractive. It mixes my powder supplements into liquids with ease, so I no longer have lumpy drinks.

Turbo!!
Wow. It smokes the one we got from IKEA. Love the USB C charging port, no more batteries to replace. I also like the 2 speed function in the burgundy version (nice tip from another review). Not sure why all other colors don't have this feature. Love the removable wand that's cleanable, and it's very powerful. It creates a lot of foam fast, nothing seems to bog it down, But can something be too powerful? I often have to slow it down as the quick foam flattens quickly. In summary: should have bought it sooner, but you need to control the power.

Worked well at first...
I loved it at first, but as time went on it shakes like something is out of place. It started after the first time I charged it.

Can’t beat it!
I waited forever to buy one of these handheld frothers. And I’m glad I did. I love the fact that this is rechargeable instead of another drain on my battery supply/budget! It charges fast. And despite purchasing it over a month ago, it is still whipping up my (protein coffee- so two powders with a tiny amount of water to start, for example) beverages like it did when I received it and charged it to 100%— one time. That’s right, one charge, and it’s still not down to 50%! Plus, it comes with the charging cord (ahem, cough cough, Apple). Super easy to clean. I put it in warm water and run it for a few seconds and then repeat the process with soapy warm water. (Go easy on the soap as it will “froth” the heck out of it too.) Rinse, and that’s it. (You can even leave the frother attached and store it upside down if you wrap a paper towel around the skinny part of the wand. Definitely don’t want water getting into the handle portion.) Review prompts I’m still receiving: -It will froth milk to the point where you’ll have to use a bigger cup for your beverage. -The weight of this item isn’t an issue. Handle is comfortable for small hands. -Attachments are super stable. Haven’t experienced any issues, even when wiping downwards. -Easy to use is putting it mildly. -“Value for money”? I bought this for $10. And a pack of AA batteries (some frothers require two or even four batteries) is about the same price. But they don’t come with a frother! Nor are they rechargeable. This is a good one. I’m not an everything gets five stars customer. My only note to the manufacturers and other customers? The wand (submersible) part, would be even better if it was a tad longer. Ex. You can’t fill your blender bottle and then use this at the bottom of the container. So just be mindful of the level of your liquids, you don’t want to end up getting part of the handle in your beverage. But that’s it, my only improvement. Hope this helps someone decide on which one to order. Have a good day to all!
