Issue for return
I had a very bad experience with this product and the seller. The product quality is extremely poor, and there is a serious size fitting issue. When I tried to return the item, the return pickup was never completed. The status kept showing that it would be rescheduled, but I never received any call from the delivery agent. Today, when I checked the status again, it showed an option to cancel the return instead of rescheduling it, which is very disappointing. This clearly shows how difficult it is to return a product from this seller. I strongly advise others not to order this item from this seller, as the return process is frustrating and unreliable. Moreover, it’s almost impossible to reach Amazon customer service for proper assistance in this case. Overall, this has been a very poor experience.
