Loved the oil teast very good thanks I will order again

It’s the first time I’ve used this particular mustard oil so I have been quite careful how I review it. The oil is light, which is good- I fry off my ingredients and spices when I make a curry so the texture of the oil is important. It coats everything evenly with no “clogging” . I blend all my curry spices myself and the taste of the oil when used in the pre-cooking of the veg and spices simply adds a depth to the flavour of the dish. I consider this oil to be great value for money. I will be buying again when I run out.

Bought this after reading a recipe for a very simple curry and decided to try it out. First use used a bit much of it and it made my whole kitchen pungent of mustard, stang my nostrils in not an unpleasent way, and felt I was breathing better than ever after. It adds a lovely subtle mustard taste to curries. You don't need much, maybe only a teaspoon when sweating down some onions, and it adds a noticable component to dishes, would highly recommend

Didn't like this oil. Really love mustard oil, but this has a strong smell and specific flavor.
