Brilliant
Used this for our family holiday to Disneyworld in florida and it's fantastic. Considering the heat in florida it did not affect the cooling inside. We were out all day and drinks/snacks/fruit etc were kept cool all day. For added cooling you can put freezer pack in to keep really cool

Not great for a full picnic
Really handy to have a cool bag in a backpack, but if you are planning on using it for a picnic rather than to purely hold cans, be warned that you won't get a lot of food in it
