After years of suffering with leg and foot cramps, I’ve finally found the right combination. I do not take as directed but rather a combination of supplement and electrolyte water. One tablet with any dehydrating liquid (tea,coffee or alcohol). One for one. Followed by at least 8 ounces of vapor distilled water. No more quinine, no more Theraworx because no more cramps!!!

A friend recommended these after I was getting severe (almost debilitating) cramps sometimes after our 3+ hour sessions on the courts (during summer in the south). I was getting adequate hydration and consuming plenty of carbs and mineral rich foods, but still getting cramps. I started taking one of these the night before, one first in the morning before playing, then one right before our matches, and haven't had cramps since. Whether or not this product is responsible is debatable, but the fact remains I haven't had cramps since. Trace Minerals recommends 6 tablets a day, which I think is excessive, especially if you're on a sodium restrictive diet. As far as stamina claims, I only took these for cramps (which had been occurring within 20 minutes after exercise), it MAY have increased my stamina but that was not my focus and I never really thought about it until I started this review. I'm very skeptical about supplements and rely on a balanced diet for all my nutritional needs. I am not sodium restrictive but I do watch my intake, i.e. I never add salt during or after cooking and rarely eat canned foods or vegetables. I suspect this may be culprit of my cramps, but even taking a placebo if it works, is better than knotted up with cramps.

This was recommended so I thought I’d give it a try. I just got it so I can’t give any review from prolonged use just yet. The pills are easy to swallow if you don’t usually have issues but they are scored so that means they can be cut to the size you can tolerate. As the bottle reads, they’re gluten free, certified vegan, and BPA free. I look forward to seeing how well these work.

Trace Minerals brand has been around for at least 35 years or longer and has a phenomenal reputation. This Electrolyte Stamina product gave me the endurance that I needed when I was in a slump. The ingredients helped to get me back on track. I have more energy and alertness, and generally just feel better. The leg cramps I was getting a few times a week are gone and have not come back. The tablets are easy to swallow, best taken with room-temperature water.

I began taking this a few days ago to help supplement my high protein keto diet. Let’s just say, I don’t know if I was deficient in what this supplies before or what, but I now feel like doing ALLLL the things! Even things I’d lost interest in, I have to say this has improved many unexpected aspects of my life…THANK YOU for making this high quality electrolyte product. I can’t thank you enough. I feel like I’m 16 again, saying that this has helped me feel better is the understatement of the year.
