AFTER INSTALLATION - AS PER FACTORY INSTRUCTIONS - IT WENT WELL AND WORKED FINE UNTIL>>> Looked up in center of awning when opened up all the way - and there were pin holes - thru awning at factory folds in center of awning - no where near any installation areas Tried to contact amazon and manufacturer to help with install charges no Live people - Cost of install second time on me Not Cool!!

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER THIS! First, the description is not good. It shows in the picture the support poles attaching to the rv, they DO NOT! They are supported on the ground. So naturally, I want to return this product. Let me tell you this has been nothing short of a fiasco. The return IS NOT FREE! You have to pay for it, then allegedly get refunded through Amazon. I am in the first part of the process; I will update if I actually receive a refund.

Okay product, not best quality but serves it's purpose. Probably won't last as long as original product by feel of product
