After have a fractured sternum and it was healed, I started picking up heavier things and my chest started hurting when doing yard/gardening. This brace is big but I am kind of big. I cover my breast as the movement of my breasts causes movement that I do not want. I ended up cutting the straps off and it works great just tightened across my chest starting just below my arm pits. The Velcro is very strong and keeps everything from moving. It is helping me from pain

This is easy to put on and you can actually sleep in it. It does help to alleviate any pain you might have.
