Easy set up. Felt pads included to make a snug fit of the various parts. The box included long screws in case you want to bolt it to the floor, but the feet are so long, that bolting was not needed.

This was great for my elderly dad who needed help moving in bed! Love that we didn’t need to drill into walls! It’s sturdy and holds his 200lbs with ease

We liked the fact that it was easy to assemble, had everything that I needed. It was used for a relative who was in dire need of it for getting in and out of bed in the middle of night and in the morning. My boyfriend put it all together himself , so This made it so much easier for her. She is infatuated with it as she does not stop talking about it ! :) she has referred a friend to it as well for her father to get also, so we really recommend it to anyone who would need one!

Made with good quality however 7 out of the 12 screws are too small - the good quality construction is why I have it an extra star instead of 1.

Shipped to me with THE WRONG sized screws which wasn't discovered until I unboxed it and started to assemble. They don't do part replacements SOOOOOOOO I have to figure out how to re-box it and take it to UPS. AND friends IT weighs a ton! Do not take a chance with this & buy a different unit. All this work for nothing!!!!!
