IB585036 A4 2x80 Micron Gloss Laminating Pouches, Pack of 100

This product allows you to make small signs that are rigid and look more professional than with the thinner laminating pouches. These pouches need the highest temperature to seal properly and I found that the best seal is obtained using 80 gram paper. Anything thicker (even 100 gram) means that the air gap around the paper is greater and is more noticeable on smaller signs and badges where you need to cut as close to the seal as possible. Certainly a great product which opens up new horizons for making your own personalised items, especially for car club badges. Don't forget that cost per pouch is high, so don't waste too much by experimenting!

It was a sweet deal. It came earlier than expected and it last me a lot. There are lots of pouches and they are good quality. Very pleased with it. Highly recommended

These laminating pouches are nice and produce really bright colours on printed recipe sheets for instance, enhancing the colours and brightening the whole sheet. The problem I found is that they have one corner which is pre-sealed down to about 20mm which is designed to allow you to press the corner of your paper into the pre-formed corner to help you align the sheet. If you have ever used laminating pockets before you will most likely find that this idea of helping you actually slows down the work and I found it quite difficult to push the corner of the paper neatly into the corner of the laminating pocket.

These laminate pouches represent fantastic value for money. I've not experienced any problems once I started using them and got used to how they work with my laminator. These were the best value that I could find on Amazon and, as they work well, you really can't go wrong with them.

Nothing to dislike about these. I inherited a laminator with no instructions and had never used a laminator before. Bought these slips and had a play with it earlier. Easy peasy to use and these slips give an excellent finish. I'm not sure why one of the reviews complains about alignment. I had no difficulty with this at all. Good product. I would (and will) buy these again.

There isn't much to say about these. We used 36 of them on the day they arrived with 100% success rate. Easy to use, sealed very well, no bubbles and perfectly clear. Good product

Would laminating pouch sellers stop quoting microns the way they do. Allow me to give them all a useful lesson. When they quote microns please DO NOT quote the total (the top and bottom sheets added together) it's misleading. Instead (as with these pouches) PLEASE, PLEASE quote '2 x 80 microns', or '80 microns' THAT'S HOW THE MICRONS SHOULD BE LISTED. Believe me, I should know. Microns should always be quoted for one sheet thickness only or clearly stated that it's two times the micron thickness. I ordered these pouches because I thought 160 microns was a really good thickness. There was NOTHING anywhere to say that 160 was the combined total. GBC were very understanding I must say. The pouches are of a reasonable quality, especially for the price, but the little guide for centering the page make it awkward to get the page sat square. It would appear that the designers have never tried to put a piece of paper between two bits of static plastic.

Maybe slightly expensive than local films, but worth the money. Use it with GBC laminating machine and see no risk of origonal docs getting damaged because of air-bubbles or jamming or overheating problems. Am using it in SOHO small-office home-office environment. One satisfied customer

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, 160 mikron diye görüp aldım meğer 80 mikronmuş, o kadar ince ki laminasyon makinemi de bozdu😞içinde eridi kaldı kağıt. Ayrıca lamine etsek bile film çok ince olduğu için kıvrılıyor ve kesinlikle kullanışlı olmuyor.
