Walker's Shortbread Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies, All-Butter Shortbread Cookies, 4.9 Oz (Pack of 6)

Really good gluten free treats are very hard to find, and these cookies are absolutely as good as traditional shortbread. Phenomenal texture, very pleasant mouthfeel, perfect level of sweetness. The only caveat is, every single box arrived with contents broken into small pieces, although there weren’t any signs that the boxes had been damaged or mistreated en route. I just ate the pieces, and enjoyed them thoroughly. I couldn’t have served them to company, mind you, but that wasn’t actually my intent when I bought them. LOL. 😋

Favor great Delicious you taste both lemon and ginger but the product one box was crumbled inside didn't check the rest of them.

These cookies live up to the Walker name and reputation for quality and flavor but they were all broken. I haven't opened every box of the 6 in the order but so far every cookie is not just broken but crumbled in many pieces and lots of crumbs. They are very good and buttery and I can nibble on them but not good for sharing with others. I could, otherwise give a 5 star rating.

I'm a huge fan of these Walker shortbread cookies. My local TJX carries them around the holidays for around $7 a pack, even the gluten free ones. I tried to track them down during the Summer and found them on Amazon. The three flavors are delicious, especially the ginger ones. Unfortunately, the cost is exorbitant for just 9 cookies per each box.

The ginger lemon ones were absolutely disgusting, with a strong unpleasant taste of lemon oil. The chocolate chip ones were almost as bad because the chocolate is bitter and has a bad aftertaste.

Delicious shortbread, my favorite with hot tea. Lemon ginger are especially delicious. BUT 90% of the cookies arrived broken. Would not reorder.

I never had Shortbread with chocolate chip - they are really good, and of course, gluten free!

Years of tummy issues brought us to try Gluten Free life. Most things are not a huge deal. When it comes to cookies...life has had an empty hole. We have had to replace our baked goodies with candy bars. Then...Christmas came rolling around and my husband and I began lusting after shortbread. We were not having much luck with some Gluten Free things. One cold night I was scrolling through and saw these. We loved this brand and we took a risk. I ordered and we waited. Today they came. I opened the box and started trying them. My husband said "now I have hope again that things can be gluten free and taste good". I am going to be honest...I am a little worried that when I get home they may be gone. LOL :D WORTH IT! WORTH EVERY PENNY.
