I bought these to use after surgery. Wow, they are really uncomfortable. Wore them once then threw the rest in the trash. If you need this kind of product, I suggest NorthShore GoSupreme. More expensive, but much more comfortable.

I like all of the InControl diapers I’ve tried. I have tried both the plastic-backed and cloth-like versions. I have also used their old-school, cloth diapers with their plastic pants. Additionally, I have tried their nighttime disposable diaper. All are superior to the store brands or big name national brands in my opinion. This particular version is just slightly thinner than the real thick diapers on the market and they are right on the edge of what I want to wear out in public without broadcasting to the world that I’m padded. If you do wear them under your clothes, you can wear them with confidence that you won’t experience leaks. I prefer the plastic backed versions, especially for multiple wettings. Will be a repeat buyer.
