I love these clips. They’ve saved me from having to sit and hold my nose during heavy nosebleeds. The clamp is tight enough to stay in place (most of the time) and provides the pressure needed to stop the bleed. Simple, effective, and so helpful to have on hand.

When I saw my elderly mother in the ER with one of these on her nose after being taken in by the EMTs for a bad nosebleed, I knew I had to find some. I ordered a three pack: one for her purse, one kept in her bathroom, and I’m keeping one for myself. Works great, and I don’t feel as nervous knowing these are nearby in case of a future nosebleed!

A little tight but does the job

I am prone to bloody noses and the key to stopping one is to pinch the nose for a steady 10 to 15 minutes well to say the least is is difficult to hold for that long when your nose is bleeding. With this clip I was able to stop the bleeding by keeping even pressure on my nose. Great product

This is a good design and comfortable to wear. The pads on them are just the right amount of squishiness and firmness, but they're a little slick. If your skin/nose is at all wet or oily, and/or if you have a plug in your nostril, it will slide off really easily. I'm ordering some with different nose pads to see if they stay on better.

If in doubt buy a bigger bag. I think of them as disposable not reusable because they can get a little bent out of shape and covered in blood. Not the product’s fault that it gets covered in blood. It’s just gross and I wanna throw them away.

They do exactly what they are stated to do! No sitting around holding your nose for 30-minites! Great and it doesnt hurt. Highly recommend!
