This product has worked great and has been a life saver a few times. I’ve had it for a while now and it’s still working and has held up well for me. I could definitely recommend this product.

I bought one of these 3 years ago and it is alot more useful than I ever thought. Now I am buying a new one as a back up. Only one problem I had was I left it in my car in 100+ heat and it warped the plastic making the wireless charger unusable but that seems like it is my own fault.

Has plenty of power for its intended use. IMHO a must-have for emergencies. I really appreciate that it also has solar and the hand crank generator. Suggestion: Keep one in your car and one in your bedroom.

Doesn't provide amount of charges as expected. Rubberry end covers don't stay on well. Still handy though, with lots of options to charge multiple items.

Wonderful tool

This thing didn't even make it to 4 months before refusing to charge from a. several different 5V @ 2Amp adapters, b. the built-in solar panel, c. the built-in hand crank generator. To add insult to injury, the hand crank generator suddenly began to rattle and make loud noises, suggesting that something came loose or went badly out of balance. Because it was beyond the return window but had a 1-year guarantee, I attempted to exercise that guarantee. To do so required that I contact the manufacturer. Nowhere on Amazon's website is there an address for GOODaaa, who, it turns out, is NOT the manufacturer. A call to Amazon Customer Service revealed, after talking to 3 barely understandable people for collectively 47 minutes, that the manufacturer is actually Shenzhen Pannizhe Technology Co., Ltd for whom they have no contact name, no address, no email, no phone number, no social media address... no nothing... which perfectly sums up this product, the warranty, and Amazon's customer service on product not sold by them. In total fairness, Amazon Customer Service did give me an email address to write to Amazon Warranty Services. I dutifully wrote them an email asking for their help. Their replay? "Please contact Amazon Customer Service." And shame on you, Amazon. You can't even share information that would facilitate a warranty claim? I pay you $139/year for Prime and get this kind of service in return? Time to make some changes, I think.

This is the single best charger I've ever owned and I have already referred 4 other people to purchase one and they haven't stopped using theirs either it's so portable, semi hefty but with all the feature and the quality it is its pretty slim, the battery last so long I've had it for maybe 2 months and I've charged it 3 times it's charged my phone vaoe and cart battery multiple times over the kught is incredibly bright and has a crank incase you get into an dire situation remember sos with a flash light is 3 short flashes, 3 long flashes, and 3 shirt flashes, repeated until you get help, it has every charger port you could need and if you have cords it has a c type plug in and 2 USB plug in that can all be used at the same time, I've dropped it quite a few times and it just keeps on chugging like it never even happened if you looking to get a portable battery just go and get this one it will not fail you for at least 10 years

Lo compre porque vi que tenía buenas reseñas pero me salió defectuoso, solo me dio una carga y se le bajaron 3 puntitos, cuando volvi a cargar mi celular con ese punto solo cargo 14% o sea que no retiene la carga pues se supone que me tendrá que dar como 8 o 10 cargas del celular aparte de que carga muy lento, tardo casi 6 horas en cargar por completo mi celular Cuando el power bank se descargó por completo lo puse todo el día a cargar con el panel y marcaba que estaba cargando pero en realidad no cargo nada
