I have started to ise this product it is working fine for first 2 week but since 29th April when I changed the water and fill fresh water and get into electric for warming, electricity is coming through wear but water is not get hot and Requesting amazaon to please check as a normal citizen we are purchasing on believe to use it linger I am sleep Disc patient need your immediate attention change the same so that I can use it as it is not affordable for me to buy a new one. Please help me to replace and deliver new product, this is first time I get a damage product not working. Please look into this.

PSA: THIS IS NOT A GEL BASED BAG YOU'VE TO ADD WATER I ordered this thinking it was gel heat bag which can be used directly but turns out it was not. You've to add water to make then onlyi it works. Since it was not returnable, I have to use it. A little Hassel but overall product is good

As per price very good purchase You can buy it with cover or use it with some homemade cover don't use if it's too hot it's can give burn on the skin at a times even with thin covers use it with thicker cover or layers with three folds thn its good to go 💯

They expect you to share all details before providing a user manual online. Very hard to full water in it. Does the job once u full water but can't be let unattended to heat up will blow from steam.
