I'm well aware that Shilajit supplements might not be everyone's cup of tea. I've taken it for awhile when I'm spending time at a higher altitude but it's recently become popular for general use. It has been associated with a laundry list of benefits: antioxidant, immunity booster, memory booster, anti-inflammatory, etc. As with any supplement 'your mileage may vary' and there are some side effects to be mindful of (eg: lowering blood pressure). It's not a supplement that you want to take in excess beyond recommended dosages. Generally speaking, it's safe but compared to most of the supplements I take there does seem to be more potential side effects mostly related to the intake of certain foods. It's definitely something you should do some research on.So assuming that you're in the market for a Shilajit supplement this is a very good one. To begin with, you get a 60 day supply (120 capsules). At this price point, that's a very good value. More importantly, the manufacture clearly works to deliver a premium product. It's non-GMO, lab tested for purity, 100% vegan, made in the US, etc. I take this daily--particularly when I'm at a high altitude. Recommended.

I used the whole bottle as described, and after two months there is no change. So the product doesn't work for everyone. At least not for me.

I have had this for a month now and have had no adverse reactions. I have been adamantly working out for 20 months now and continue to see growth. While taking these, I have seen more vein growth than before. This could be attributed to the shilajit or just continual growth from routine gym sessions. I'm a little skeptical of the 10:1 it advertises; however, studies show that 500mg is all you need to see use from shilajit. So even if it isnt 10:1 but contains the advertised 1000mg, you are getting enough for muscle growth.For the price, I think this is a good product to add to your gym routine.

I cannot tell you if these shilajit capsules work. I took them for 2 months but did not notice any changes, good or bad, in my health and energy.I can say these are easy to swallow capsules. There is no bad flavor or aftertaste, nor is there any unpleasant burpiness coming back to haunt you after you take them.

They are only 1000mg not 10000mg. Really like shilajit in general. The other brands I take are only 500-600mg. I only take two if I'm really lagging.
