Wonderful product I was introduced to Moringa a couple of years ago by a coworker, gotta admit I was a skeptic, but he gave me about a months supply and I was amazed at how much better I felt.i have been using this product for over 2 years and I have more energy, my immune system system is stronger I haven’t been sick or even had a cold since I started taking it and my PCP has done periodic lab work and he is pleasantly surprised, he knows I use this daily and tells me “keep it up girl” lol Girl? I am 70 years young and my coworkers are now using it . I like the powder I buy capsules and pack them because this product is 100% natural no added chemicals for me!! The powder is fine and good to mix in with a fruit smoothie. It does have a mild flavor but like I said if you mix it with something, then it is okay to take. I tried it in a tea, doesn't mix well and lots of sludge left behind.

Solely used as an NRF2 pathway upregulation via sulforaphane with as much scientific efficacy as broccoli sprouts intended to replace them bc sprouts r a lot of work and time and risk of food borne illness. The burn is a good sign, that’s the sulforaphane, the spiciness means it works, like horseradish & mustard seed powder (which enhance it actually). Learn more from dr Rhonda Patrick about moringa or google sulforaphane & nrf2; it’s basically a vitamin & indigenous methylator bc the process is activated for days afterwards, ie deactivating carcinogens and increase their excretion, deactivates genes involved in inflammation, activates antioxidant genes & slows the aging process...etc. Just add it to smoothie & blend (tough to blend, true but doable). I even have a moringa tree. 4g twice a day & feel more energized bc body is getting what it needs. This is organic although not certain if 3rd party tested, particularly for metals?

I recently purchased the Moringa Powder and have been using it daily for the past few weeks. The powder comes in a large bag, so I transferred some of it into a canning jar for convenience. The flavor of the Moringa Powder is earthy and reminds me of a cross between green tea and matcha tea. While it may not be the most pleasant taste, I understand that the primary reason for purchasing this product is for its health benefits. I typically mix a teaspoon of the powder into my daily smoothie and drink it. While I can't say that I've noticed a significant change in my health since starting to use the Moringa Powder, I haven't experienced any negative effects either. Overall, I feel good about incorporating this superfood into my diet. I appreciate the quality of this Moringa Powder from this brand/seller and will definitely consider purchasing from them again when I run out. If you're looking for a convenient and easy way to add Moringa to your diet, this product could be worth considering.

Great value

I have experience another brand that I liked. I use it by mixing into coffee in the morning. This item does not mix completely in hot coffee, leaving lots of floating globs that are not appetizing. I will go back to the othe brand. 3 stars because other than than it was ok. Nice finely crushed powder.
