Fresh Tasting Ginger
I really enjoy this product , it adds a different dimension to my salads and snacks, I will definitely be buying this product again, it reminds me of eating in the Japanese restaurant while on holiday, reasonably priced too.

it is fab with Japanese-style meat , fish and sushi or cold meats
This product was very good and offers excellent value for money vis a vis other brands. It is very strong and some pallets may find it hard to eat "straight out of the jar". However, it is delicious, especially when eaten with Japanese-style rice and meat, or rice and fish or sushi dishes. It really improves the flavor of such dishes. Highly recommended.

Under cooked
Flavour ok, but older ginger used, and not cooked long enough in the vinegar. Handy if you don't want to make your own, although this is what I would recomend, red dye does not change the flavour. In home made colour does not really matter. Real sushi ginger is pink because only baby roots are used not colouring, but what a price!
