Great shake 🫨
I was told to follow a low FODMAP diet. I make protein shakes using Tumlove protein powder and it mixes well, tastes great. It’s not to thick. I mix 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen fruit and a scoop of Tumlove. Makes a perfect protein shake!

Good quality product but expensive.
I was put on a Low FODMAP diet after a prolonged intestinal infection caused some issues. It mixes to a good texture in a mitamix and the vanilla flavor tastes pretty good. Most importantly it does what it says and is gut friendly. I have no symptoms after consuming this in the morning. My only issue is the price which is above and beyond the protein powder I had been using.

The worst protein powder I’ve ever tried
Gritty texture Not flavorful I purchased the product as someone who follows a FODMAP diet. Significant bloating and nausea after drinking. I’ve tried it 3xs - each time delivered the same results and impressions. This holds the distinction of the worst protein powder I have ever had. Ever. For me, this has been a total waste of money.

Protein pudding...yum!
I've bought this several times, and it is now my go-to protein powder, mainly because it does exactly what it promises - it's easy on the tummy. An added benefit is that it actually tastes really good. Pro tip: put a scoop in a glass and dump in some milk or - in my case - almond milk. Use just enough to make it a pudding, and you've got an easy extra 20 g or protein in your diet!

Great on the gut, tough on the wallet, mixes well and tastes fine but mildly gritty texture
This protein powder is pretty great... at least in terms of gut tolerability, which is my main goal anyway, I really don't mind what protein powder tastes like. It's a little gritty, but not bothersome. What I really like is how easily it mixes with water. I'm sure you've all had protein powders that are a pain in the ass to mix, but this one easily dissolves with a spoon. My main issue is the price point. 60 dollars for not even a month supply of protein powder is steep. The profit margin the owner is making on this has got to be insane. Props to him for getting that bag, but unfortunate that he's taking advantage of other people that suffer just the same as him with making it cost so much. Do ya'll know how much protein you can get from MyProtein for 70-80 bucks lol? Multiple months worth.

Tastes good, doesn’t hurt
I was struggling to find anything that wouldn’t hurt my stomach. My nutritionist looked at this one and gave the go ahead so I tried it. I wasn’t thrilled at the price but was desperate and it really is the only product that was GF and low FODMAP. I’ve been using a blender to mix, milk frother will work too. Adding some frozen bananas and strawberries helps that usual protein powder texture and aftertaste (they all have it, it comes with the territory) but I was literally trying to eat anything and feel full and this helped me get food in my stomach and regain some strength and energy without being doubled over in excruciating pain. I was seriously suffering until I found this stuff.

Too grainy even after extended time blending
It remained grainy after an extended amount of time blending. Tastes and smells good but I didn't care for the grainy texture.

Works but tastes awful
Really wanted to love this product since it's low FODMAP but it fell short of my expectations. The taste is awful! Since I spent $60, I'll choke it down but I won't repurchase unless I'm desperate. If you can tolerate soy, Soylent (which is dairy and gluten free) tastes a lot better and comes premixed in bottles. This product definitely has a gritty, coconut taste. Not enough chocolate flavor. It didn't upset my stomach but I do not enjoy drinking it.
