UPDATE: I don't usually do this, writing a follow-up on a review. This pill dispenser deserves a follow-up. I have been using this dispenser for 23 days. It is such a valuable machine to have. It is built well. It is sturdy. It operates smoothly and effortlessly. It is easy to fill, and it keeps my pills organized in one location ready to go. This dispenser is definitely worth the money spent. It arrived quickly with no hassle, and it was packaged securely. It's a great product to use. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just received this pill dispenser today, October 1, 2025 and used it to dispense my morning meds. I also take meds in the evening. I like this machine a lot. I know that it's very soon to be writing a review, but assuming the construction of it is solid and will last a long time, I am going to buy three more of these machines. With 4 of them I can set up an entire month of medication and be done with it. I currently take 10 medications. Opening 10 bottles and messing around getting a pill out of each bottle twice per day is frustrating and time consuming. With four of them I can just move along with my day in a matter of seconds. Loading the machine is simple and fast. Loading 4 of them will be a time saver and frustration eliminator. Convenience in life adds quality to life. Money fixes a lot of things. When someone tells me that money can't buy happiness, I will tell them about this pill dispenser (x 4 of them). This medication dispenser is well done in design, size and capacity, color selection choices, functionality, fulfills a need, and serves a purpose. It has excellent value.

For someone who takes a lot of medication this is a must buy! The pill ferris wheel is great. Each wheel holds two weeks worth of pills so I have two of them...one for morning and one for night. Each pill slot holds a large amount of pills which is great. So convenient and helps you keep track of your pills. The wheel easily detaches from the stand the clear front face comes of easily to refill the cases. It also has a convenient little rectangular dish to catch the pills as you dispense them. They are reasonably price and made well. These are not convenient for travel but really great for home use!

I love this pill dispenser because it saves me so much time when getting ready in the morning. My pills are organized and secured and I can just press a button when I am ready to take them. This is super easy to refill. The base is stable and difficult to knock over accidentally.

This product is pretty simple to use and I can see how it would be ideal for older folks, but for myself, I just want a nice looking and simple way to pre-sort my meds and know whether i've taken them for that day or not. This does the job pretty well, but there are a few things that I wish were different: I'm not sure why the default sticker is just numbers 1-14. I would get it if it were 31 days but for a 14 day pill case I think most people would either want monday-friday twice or the M-F AM/PM one. Removing the old sticker isn't too hard but getting the new one in just the right place is a nightmare. It would be great if I could choose which sticker I wanted when I ordered. It says it's wall mountable and I thought that meant the entire piece was wall mountable, but it's not. Only the wheel is wall mountable. That means that if I mount it on the wall there's no cup or anything for the pills to fall into and with it being so close to the wall, it feels really easy for pills to fall on the floor. Even if the attached stand can't be wall mounted, it would be nice to have a different wall plate that could Mount just below the wheel and hold the cup that comes with it. Lastly, I like to pre-sort my meds for a month at a time so it would be really nice if they offered a package that included one stand, cup, and wall mount, but two wheels. I recognize that the wheel is the most expensive part and it probably wouldn't be a huge savings, but for me being able to preset the next 14 days so that at the end of one cycle I could just swap out the wheel and not have to think about it right away would be a huge improvement. Update: after using it for a couple of weeks I've found it's really easy to fill. What I initially thought about not wanting to have to fill it every two weeks isn't as much of an issue as I had expected just because of how quick it is to fill compared to those tiny little pill cases.

This makes my life so much less complicated in the morning. Press a button, take my vitamins. I like that there are different stickers for labeling the wheel. You can make it AM/PM or use days of the week. The size is great. I have take gloucosamine and magnesium, both of which are multiple horse pills daily on top of my other vitamins and medications, and there is room in the compartment for those other pills after putting them in. I actually have two of these and will sit down for about 30 minutes on every fourth Saturday and dstribute all my pills for the month. The compartments are sealed well and the pills stay dry - though not air tight. I like that I can see inside the wheel and the orange button stands out to remind me to take my pills in the morning. There's a perfect little cup for catching the pills. It stands perfectly and doesn't wobble when you press the button. It's very easy to take off and reattach the wheel from the base, but very secure when on. Same thing can be said about the clear lid. I haven't traveled with it, but I I expect it would be easy enough. Pills don't come out unless you want them to.

So verry happy I purchased this item. It makes taking daily vitamins so much easier. I had one of those cases that was difficult to fill, so I was hit and miss about filling it. This is so easy to fill! You take the front cover off, and each compartment is roomy enough for my ten vitamins, including three that are large. Fourteen days means I only fill it every two weeks. I push the button and the vitamins drop into the supplied cup. So easy. There is no reason for me to not take my vitamins. It is smaller than I anticipated. Compact, sits quite well on my kitchen counter. The only thing I would caution buyers, make sure you put the cover on correctly and make sure it is snug. I turned it the wrong direction and low and behold...vitamins all over the counter! Got them back in their compartments, turned the cover in the right direction, and all is goood.

Perfect! Easy to use and stay organized, glad i could find a cute pill organizer! The cup is perfect to catch the meds and the front is easy to remove to restock. FYI the labels are actually a sticker, so they have to be stacked instead of switched in and out. Definitely would like more color options too. Overall, still a great product

Wow, this is a affordable automatic dispenser! 2 steps to put together. Works like a dream! Helps me manage my pills perfectly. I never miss a day now!
