This stuff goes great on any fried fish. I do a lot of walleye, perch, and crappie fishing and often host large fish fries and this jumbo tub of Louisiana is the only way to go. Way cheaper than buying individual bags if you use a lot.

the Louisiana Fish fry is a very good coating for fish a spicey but not overpowering easy to use very good taste good value for the cost works well in a deep fryer or in the oven can also be used for oysters, shrimp, and vegetables.

Perfect addition to my mix for breading fish before frying. Great taste.

Easy to use but still needs a little doctoring to suit my taste but it’s a good base and gives fried food a nice texture. I would probably buy again
