Product is effective only if you use it regularly. I have used this for about 3 weeks now and It helps your digestion with effective results to decreasing suger level. This will help with a good diet and proper doctor consultation on regular medication. It not a supplement it's an add-on to you healthy way of life. Taste is as expected bitter which is what it is.
