It actually works. Smell like Coffee.
When I first received it, it was a bit melted due to the traveling in the heat of being delivered. The seller emailed instructions and also warned me about how the delivery could have an impact on it. I placed in fridge for a good 20mins and omg it hardened like it should have, it stays solid, and my children and husband absolutely love the feeling. I use it on my son 3 times a week and it’s been a month now and his hair has grown pretty good. I’m very satisfied and will be ordering more once I get low. Before this picture he was very short.

Miracle Oil in a Bottle!
I was skeptical at first, but this Batana Oil is the real deal. The texture is rich, almost like a buttery oil, and it melts down beautifully when warmed in the hands. The scent is earthy—definitely natural and not perfumey—but that just reassures me it’s pure and unprocessed. After just a few weeks of consistent use, my hair feels noticeably stronger, softer, and more manageable. My edges are starting to fill in, and breakage has slowed down dramatically. I also massage a little into my scalp at night, and I’ve noticed less dryness and flaking. A little goes a long way, so even though the jar isn’t huge, it lasts. What I love most is that it’s aligned with Dr. Sebi’s principles—100% natural, clean, and nutrient-rich. If you’re on a healthy hair journey or dealing with thinning, this is worth every penny. Pro tip: warm it slightly before applying for easier spread and deeper absorption. Highly recommend for anyone serious about strengthening and restoring their hair naturally!

Great for thin hair!
The oil has a luxuriously thick consistency, yet it absorbs surprisingly well without leaving a heavy residue. A little goes a long way; warming a few drops between palms before application helps distribute it evenly. While it works beautifully as an overnight pre-wash treatment for deep conditioning, those with fine hair may prefer using it sparingly as a leave-in to avoid weighing strands down. That was my case and it worked well for me! After consistent use over 6–8 weeks, I noticed a visible reduction in hair shedding and increased softness. My strands felt stronger, with fewer split ends, and there were promising signs of new growth along the hairline. Patience is key! This isn’t a quick fix but a nourishing treatment that supports long-term hair health. Pros: I found the oil ideal for scalp massages, split-end treatments, or cuticle oil. I had a friend borrow some and they had thicker, curlier hair than me and they loved it! The oil caters to diverse hair types and textures. Cons: The natural, earthy fragrance might not appeal to everyone, though it dissipates after application. While nourishing, those with oily scalps or fine hair should use sparingly to avoid buildup. Comparison to Other Oils: Batana Oil strikes a balance between the lightness of argan oil and the density of coconut oil. It’s particularly suited for thick, curly, or damaged hair needing intense moisture, yet adaptable enough for finer textures when used judiciously. Final Thoughts: This Raw Batana Oil is a worthy investment for anyone prioritizing natural hair care. While the scent and texture require slight adjustment, its benefits for thickness, strength, and overall hair vitality are undeniable. Pair it with a consistent routine for best results. Highly recommended for those seeking a potent alternative to commercial hair growth serums!

Does'nt appear to be pure, and is not similar to Victor's products.
I use Victor , Dr. Sebi's son's products, including his rare Batana oil. Pictured on the left is Aipiler Dr. Sebi claimed raw , unrefined. However, you can see a clear difference. Sebi's oil is very solid, hard, Aipiler's is very very soft, like a butter. Sebi's smells more like chocolate, and coffee. Aipiler's smells more like a weaker , maybe nuttier, older smell. Aipiler's bottle is slightly taller. with clearer advertisement. I cant tell which is the better purer product because I havent seen Batana in person. Sept 30, 2024 update: Dont let the nice packaging sticker fool you. I dont think this "Batana" oil is raw. Im not sure why this product advertised Dr. Sebi's name. After research I've found that Batana oil naturally has a gritty texture, like firm coconut oil, as in Victor's products. This product is NOT gritty. its very smooth like vaseline, or a body butter. Aipiler batana always has some seperation going on, thinner liquid in the center and the solid buttery texture surrounds it. Sebi's is solid throughout. I'll leave you to decide from the pic and video provided. So Victor Bowman has totally different directions for use. He doesnt wash out the Batana as THIS product directs. Simply rub it in when you want it. I use it all week on a daily basis without washing out. SEBI's product still smells nice after all those days. sometimes ill wash my hair more often but it isn't necessary with HIS product. At some point I will try that with this one and see if it yields similar results. Essentially I switched over to Sebi's (bolingo balance) because Im just gravitating towards it, however I purchased this one due to the cheaper price, but over time, I'm scheptical of this.

The seal within the jar lid was halfway open and It doesn’t have that amber color as It does on the picture. I honestly don’t know what to feel nor say about this…

I recently purchased the Organic Batana Oil by Dr. Sebi, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! After using it consistently for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my hair's thickness and overall health. First off, the oil has a lovely, natural scent that isn’t overpowering. I love how versatile it is; I use it as a pre-shower treatment and also apply a small amount post-shower for added moisture. It absorbs quickly without leaving my hair feeling greasy, which is a huge plus! What impresses me the most is how nourishing this oil feels. My hair is not only growing faster, but it also looks shinier and feels softer. I've dealt with breakage and dryness for years, and this product has truly transformed my hair care routine. The packaging is also great—150ml is a generous amount, and the dropper makes it easy to apply just the right amount without any waste. Overall, I highly recommend the Organic Batana Oil for anyone looking to boost their hair growth and health. It’s a fantastic natural alternative that delivers on its promises. Five stars all the way!

🌰 Raw Batana Oil – Full Review Batana oil is extracted from the Elaeis oleifera palm nut, native to Honduras. It’s unrefined, cold-pressed, and packed with vitamins A and E, omega-6 fatty acids, and phytosterols—making it a powerhouse for scalp health, hair growth, and moisture retention. This version is Dr. Sebi-inspired, meaning it follows the traditional preparation methods used by the Miskito people. It’s 100% pure, with no additives, preservatives, or fillers. The texture is thick and buttery, and the scent is earthy—often compared to burnt coffee or roasted nuts. ✅ Pros 100% raw and unrefined—no dilution or chemical processing Rich in nutrients—vitamins A & E, omega-6, carotenoids Promotes hair growth—stimulates follicles and improves scalp circulation Moisturizes and strengthens—reduces breakage and split ends Multi-use—works for eyebrows, beards, lashes, and skin Sourced from Honduras—authentic and ethically harvested ❌ Cons Strong natural scent—burnt coffee aroma may not suit all tastes Thick texture—requires warming before use Premium price—typically £15.99 to £35.43 depending on size and seller Packaging varies—some bottles labelled “100% Raw,” others not1 🧠 Personal Verdict This oil’s a proper scalp saviour. I’ve seen it used for dry patches, thinning edges, and beard conditioning, and it delivers—rich, nourishing, and long-lasting. The scent’s bold, but the results speak for themselves. For anyone serious about natural hair care, this is a smart grab.

Genuine product. Reminds me of chocolate and coffee. It’s definitely a staple now, use for hair and face for the whole family. Intensely moisturising and absorbs well. My hair is definitely improving in softness, thickness and strength. Great as a skin mask too. I appreciate the quality and how natural the product is and therefore part of reducing my chemical overload as now I avoid toxic high street body cream and often team this with baobab oil or batana oil. Product is expensive though, if it was cheaper I’d use daily over my whole entire body but unfortunately tub is way to small and expensive. But will continue to use as much I can.
