Have had back pain and stiffness in my upper back between my shoulder blades. The grooves in this, if you rotate it right, work great for getting at that area. It also pops and stretches the rest of my back, but I haven't had issues there to comment on how well it works for that purpose. It also doesn't slip when I use it on a hardwood floor and it doesn't make any noise. Works as intended without any issues.

I have a herniated/bulged disc and it helped. A little intense but it truly helps, it’s actually cracked me.

This is the second product of this type I've acquired. The first one wasn't quite as "chunky," more narrow, and a little bigger in diameter. I have found this Zenora to not only hit the right spots better with the larger texturing, but also more stable and easier for a newbie like me to use.I can't overstate how satisfying it is to hear those little pops and cracks as you roll back on this guy. It feels really good and has been a nice little addition to my daily stretching routines.Construction is fantastic. I am 6'4" 200lbs and have zero concerns about this not holding up. If you're in the market for something like this and want a solid value, give this a shot.

This back wheel is a lifesave after a long day! My husband and I take turns using it. I like how your spine fits perfectly in the mold and really cracks yours back. I also used the instruction manual it came with to try out the other stretches and I also do that nightly. It is really well made and love that it came with a storage bag. I’m an ER nurse and have a really hard back to crack, even with a chiropractor. I can lay on the floor and this miracle wheel will crack my back all the way up my spine with audible cracks. I’ve noticed a huge difference using this everyday, especially after my shifts at the hospital.

It seems sturdy, I bought for my husband's bad back. However, it's so hard it hurts our backs and didn't crack them at all.

I’ve tried this item several times and my experience was very different from most of the other reviews. I’m a tall guy and this stretcher is too high and narrow for me. The outer “padding” is pretty hard and it hurts my back. Mine did not come with instructions but it is pretty obvious how to use it.The construction is very sturdy and I do think it is a good quality product. It’s just not right for me because of the firmness on my back, height, and width.
