Great value
I ordered the pairing knife and the quality is great for the value. I think this one is going to last a bit longer than the typical plastic handle ones I generallyfind on Amazon. The steel seems decent, and the overall quality of this one seems great.

Decent 4-star knock-off (generic brand) knife, mostly for show, but good value for price.
Title says it all! This thing looks great on a magnetic strip, and the faux-forged/hammered aesthetic is stylish and currently en vogue, so you'll look like you're keeping up with the kitchen trends. It has a decent edge, but only time will tell how it holds that edge, or takes a new one. The handle is comfortable enough. But, let's be realistic: if you're buying a $20 kitchen knife, you don't really care much about your kitchen knives. This is a pretty nifty and functional $20 kitchen knife. But a "real" knife of the same spec, from a reputable heirloom company, would run you closer to $120. Do you need a $120 knife? If so, go ahead and buy one, take care of it, cherish it, and leave it to your kids and grandkids. Get a bunch of them. If you do not need one, don't know why anyone would ever spend that much, you're not a knife-or-cutlery person-- and this knife is probably for you. If you're satisfied with no-name brand boot socks from Wal-Mart, instead of pricier merino socks which come with a lifetime guarantee against wear-and-tear damage, this knife is for you. It is designed for people who care about low prices and a butter-face presentation--- and it carries this just fine, delivering in all the practical areas. (I reserve this quality of knife for the teens, and for guests, so they stay away from "the good stuff", until they've demonstrated consistent responsibility and respect for how to take care of steel.)

Great Addition To My Kitchen
Right off the bat, I was impressed by the design of this knife. With its sleek and elegant appearance, it adds a touch of sophistication to my kitchen arsenal. The blade is perfectly balanced, allowing for precise cuts and effortless maneuverability. From deboning poultry to filleting fish, this knife has proven to be a versatile performer in the kitchen. It effortlessly glides through meat, poultry, and fish, allowing for clean and precise cuts every time. The boning knife is crafted from high-quality materials, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance. The blade retains its sharpness even after extended use, allowing for consistent and efficient cutting. However, I did notice some rust spots when I left the knife wet after washing, so it's essential to dry it thoroughly to prevent corrosion. One of the standout features of this boning knife is its ergonomic handle, which provides a comfortable and secure grip during use. Even during extended prep sessions, I didn't experience any hand fatigue or discomfort.

Disappointed
I have to say I was disappointed in the workmanship of this knife. Further, it arrived with something on the blade which looks like a crack, I will have to check further, a scratch / blemish at best. As I started to clean it I noticed the top of the blade was rough , some poor grindings, strange. I expected it to much better. Update- As I use this knife for cooking and carving a large roasted chicken and it did work well, it was sharp and fit well in my hand. Further, it went through the chicken with ease. Hope this helps.

Sharp enough
But it isn't super sharp, contrary to the advertisement. It is plenty sharp for cutting meat, but it wouldn't be my go-to knife for slicing a tomato, for example. I've had plenty of knives arrive in sharper condition, but with this knife, after a few quick slices, I felt to hone it myself for a few minutes on a diamond sharpener, which put a better edge on it. But, that's the worst that I have to say about this knife. It is a good knife, and perhaps better than the price would indicate. I like how the tang extends all the way down through the handle, and from top to bottom, holding the wooden handle-sides tight with the large forged rivets. The handle is well-shaped and comfortable to hold, with sculpting that feels natural in my hand. It's also a fairly heavy knife, with a good heft that makes it feel substantial and durable. I like this knife. Recommended.

Nice Product!
This is a great looking knife. I was really impressed with the look and packing of the product. The handle color is also a great feature. It has this beautiful wood handle which makes gripping easy. You don’t have to worry about the knife falling out of your hand. The knife tends to cut a lot better if you slightly angle it. If not, it still cuts just fine. The stainless-steel blade is very durable and definitely gets the job done. It is great for any type of carving and cutting needs. I found myself using it to cut up my chickens and pork chops. Clean-up is also a breeze. Just use some mild soap and water and you are good to go. Just remember that the knife is sharp. Great knife!

Heed the caution about the dishwaster
First off, this is a great knife. Hefty. Sharp. Looks nice. I did not, however, notice the instructions about hand washing and drying immediately and NOT putting it in the dishwasher. As soon as I got it I ran put it in the dishwasher with my next load so it would be clean. LOTS of rust in just a couple days. Fortunately, it scrubbed off without much effort. Also, the dishwasher made the handle a bit less nice in looks and feel. But I'm not taking a star off for that because it was my fault. They clearly said not to do that.
