This knife surprised me by how well it cut.It is a nice size and fits comfortably in the hand. The knife opens and closes with ease. Slicing cumbersome was a breeze. The knife itself seems of good quality. The only complaint I have is the safety closing mechanism. It is not quite lined up for easy closing and release. It does work just more difficult to use than I would have expected. The knife is easy to clean and appears to be rust resistant.

Great kitchen scissors to easily chop food items! Super sharp! My safety clasp is a little difficult to secure but it may just be my pair. I probably should have exchanged for another but ended up using them often! Stores nicely in a utensil drawer!

This is a great product and works great at cutting fruits and veggies and I even cut pizza into tiny pieces for my toddler, however the little red clip that holds the cutters closed is cheaply made and hard as hates to close and open! Recommend a different brand that’s made better with a better closure that is easily opened and closed. Especially if elderly and weaker hands won’t be able to open and close this latch.
