This is the best rice alternative available! It does not go mushy when you cook it, and has a great taste. I love that it is shelf stable, no worrying about frozen or fresh going bad. Don't expect it to taste like rice, it's cauliflower. For those of us who can't eat rice due to carb restrictions, this is the best. I use a little olive oil or butter and cook it at a medium temp with salt and pepper. It's also a great filler for stews and casseroles. Highly recommend this product!
