Preparing Sea Cucumber before Cooking
I know that regularly eating sea cucumber is beneficial for overall health. This is my first time purchasing sea cucumber through Amazon, and I hope it works well for me. One tip I'd like to share with other sea cucumber customers is my preparation method: I boiled the sea cucumbers in boiling water for 60 minutes, then placed them in cold water in the fridge for a day before using them. I believe this method results in a jelly-like texture rather than a chunky one.
