I run ultra marathons, and combined with some real food and gels, these provide perfect fuel for longer runs. They are easy to store, open, consume, digest and taste good. You can't ask for more than that.

I love these chews, their really easy to digest amd have the consistency of turquish delights. The so morish. Find myslef wanting one as a treat even when not riding. Only issue is quite hard to open while ride because of how the are wrapped up. But that aside if you dont get on woth gels this is a really good option to use instead to get the carbs in. Recommended

These are amazing , taste very good . Bit like Turkish delight texture which I love so was always onto a winner . Easy to digest when running and gave me that extra bit of energy .

Wanted to try something different for energy while running. Used on my half marathon and definitely helped with recharging my energy. Bigger than I thought but would recommend giving a go.

I often hate the flavours of sports gels and chews, but these are just delicious. Two little soft squares of turkish delight type chews. Made me look forward to the next run even more!

I bought these after being recommended by a friend for a cycling event I was taking part in and I'm glad I did. Although a little pricey they certainly worked for me. They are easy on the stomach, the texture is just about right and they taste great. I will certainly buy again when needed and would highly recommend them.

Used these in marathons and training. Only issue is that it is hard to use these for the whole race. But using these helped me through first marathon without bonking. Having the two different flavours in one pack is great

Yes they are quite pricey. But these are hands down the best chews I've ever had over 10 years of riding. My training calls for 30-45g carbs/hour. So these are spot on. They're a bit fiddly when out on the road with gloves on. Not always easy to open. They're fine indoor though. Taste is great. Not too sweet. Someone mentioned the texture is similar to Turkish delight and that seems accurate. No issues with digestion. Currently training for a century, taking in 30-60g/hour depending on the ride length. No bonking and no issues with heavy feeling before or during the ride. Energy levels have been pretty good. I went through 4 packs on my 90km ride yesterday. I should have gone the extra 10km but that's next week.

Avid ultra runner and these chews are excellent. Nice flavor and you can really tell they’re fueling you. All PH products are great.

This is my new favorite for biking and running. One of the Precision Nutrition guys told me they taste like mochi and now that’s how I think of them. They’re sister and less sweet than most blocks/chews. Great flavor and texture! And a decent amount of carbs in one packet. Can get a bit expensive, so I don’t use them all the time. They don’t have fructose so they’re easier on my stomach, and as a dietitian I recommend them for athletes with IBS.

I decided to try these on my trail run due to the reviews that they were marshmallow like. I felt the block was a bit large to bite into while running. Instead of small little bits to chew it was two relatively large spongy blocks. The mouthfeel was not really preferred by me thought the flavor was not bad. I will probably not be buying more of these, especially since I also feel the price was steep.
