This has possibly helped keep my nose unplugged But It has not helped with my shortness of breath

It's good product, taste good

The first time I purchased was great. The second time I purchased it was a completely different product with no herbals in it. It has ethanol in it. Very alarming

I was expecting more, but when I blew up the fine print, it actually does what it said. It keeps the mucus cleared out. Will be ordering it again.

Didn't work for me

This product arrived damaged. There were two spray bottles. One was empty and the other half full. The contents had leaked out of the bottles. The bottles were shrink wrapped. They appeared in tact until the shrink wrap was removed. The leakage occurred within the shrink wrapping. The product is listed as non-refundable. So essentially, we got nothing for our purchase.
