Great clean powder. I wanted to avoid all the additives in pills and capsules. Easy to add small amount of boiling water and follow with a sweet drink or some honey 🍯

First, this is a tiny amount of B-1, miniscule, worse, mine didn't come inside a baggie so when I opened it tons of it flew out, as there is no seal on the bag. Great way to sell more products, by having the customer waste it on the ground. Second, they don't give you a way to measure it. They say to take 150mg but don't tell you how to measure that, is it 1/10 a tsp, 1/20'th a tsp, I don't know. Unlike other brands, they don't include the right size scoop or even tell us so we can buy our own. I've generally loved this brand but more and more I'm changing to another brand. I spend a fortune on supplements, I deserve to be treated better. That said this is a great supplement to take, just take it in a way where you know how much you are taking and 1/2 of it doesn't end up on the floor. I did the math and you pay just about as much for the capsules and they are charging for bulk.

I have had good luck with this manufacturer, but this is a failure. I don't have any complaints about the product, but have no clue how to use it. Most bulk products come with either a serving size scoop or a direction like 1/2 teaspoon. The direction with this one is 150mg. I don't have any way of determining what that amount is other than "not much". I have a 2 gram scoop for a similiar product so I guess I can use that some sort of guage. Stick with capsules. The savings of bulk is not worth it.

Great but have to measure on your own, outstanding product value. Absolute gold for me - a treasure.

Had two issues achieving the effect needed. However, be careful, you may only need 1/10th of the suggested amount. Obviously, the best supplements are the foods, not substances.
