As a long time user of Vega, I do notice when I stop using it. For context, I have a morning smoothie with fruit, vega, etc most days. Recently I stopped ordering it for other reasons, and after around a week or so, definitely noticed longer to recover, and also got the flu - coincidence, maybe...but havent got had the flu for last 4 years. So, back on it. It is expensive, so do need to factor it into the budget, you do really need a blender to mix otherwise not most pleasant, and some of the flavors are odd, I just go with unsweetened and let the other ingredients add flavour. Overall, I would recommend it as part of a daily diet, particularly as a 50+ man, and athlete, it is worth the investment for me.

Pretty decent vegan protein powder, the taste is a little too sweet for my liking, I have to add unsweetened cocoa powder to tone it down a bit. I also add veggies like frozen kale, spinach and frozen riced cauliflower and that helps it not be so sweet. But I do appreciate the good, healthy ingredients in this protein powder. It also sits well on my stomach and digests easily. It doesn’t seem to keep me as full as I’d like it to, but it’s not a deal breaker.

We've been taking Vega every morning for years now and love it. It's very smooth compared to the grainy texture others have. The taste is very good and the price is very good as well. We've never had a problem with getting sick with it or anything else it does really well along with the variety of items it has in it. I'll keep using this one as long as I keep making

I've been using VEGA products for years. The quality is consistently high. The powder mixes well in water, juice, or milk. You can even use the powder to make healthy snacks for on-the-go ease. The taste is great. I prefer to use it as an energy drink (not a smoothie... I don't care for the thickness of a smoothie). It can thicken up a bit depending on the liquid you use. I'll continue to use VEGA because I haven't found a better product for price and taste.

I like this product because it is not dairy based, as so many protein drinks are. I just wish I could have ordered the chocolate flavor, but no surprise it is not available as it is the most popular. The Vanilla is fine, I drink it with almond milk which is a bit thin, but if I want it thicker I dollop soy yoghurt in it. It’s a light greenish colour, but that’s OK, it tastes fine. Sweet, but not very sweet. My only gripe is it is so expensive!

We have been using this shake according to the directions every morning for the past week and I have already felt a significant increase in my overall energy level!! In fact people at work noticed it as well and say I have more life in me..:) I do not like it really thick, in fact I cannot drink it if it is.. I add one cup organic-certified almond milk and a half cup of iced spring water. What a fantastic and affordable supplement that I feel good purchasing. Completely plant based products is the future! Lid came broken but seal inside was good so I need to be more careful to storage this. Tried and it seems good. If it only has what it has written in it might just be one of the best on the market. Let's see.. hopefully this was just this time
