This is INCREDIBLE! I have been taking it for the last week. It is very effective! I haven't felt this kind of calm and focus for years. I have been struggling with lethargy lately and easily distracted at work and this perked me up! I needed this. I sleep better too! I swear it's having an positive effect on my receding hairline too! I also noticed my skin looking slightly lighter and younger. It must be the increased oxygen intake and better circulation. The Side Effect. It does cause you feel bloated, feel less hungry and there is some digestive discomfort which I was aware of from reading previous reviews. My recommendation is, if you haven't taken this before, take one capsule a day instead of 2. Take the capsule first thing in the morning, (maybe after coffee) on an empty stomach and give it an hour before you eat anything. This helps manage and lessen the digestive side effects and gives you an energy boost. Do this for a 2 or 3 weeks before you do 2 capsules a day but I reckon one capsule a day is sufficient.

Early days, but I like the size of the capsules and the profile of the potency is favourable compared to other brands. The price is also unmatched for what you get. Item is also well packaged I would recommend to others looking for a budget friendly supplement that is better than most.

I'm 50/50 on this product, These organic lions manes capsules are easy to swallow and no after taste. you can taste a little flavour when first consuming however this isn't strong. As for the effects well after 3 weeks usage i don't feel any positive effects! I feel just the same so I'm still 50/50 at the moment.

I’m a night shift work and often get very cloudy headaches and slack concentration. Having taking these for one week I can say my head is clear and concentration is much improved. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t give any after taste. Will continue to take and purchase more

It's too early to notice if these are helpful for cognition(as well as other benefits). They are easy to swallow with a glass of water. It is advised to take 2 per day. I'm only on my 3rd day so will update as and when I notice any health improvements. Should they work I'd consider these to be a good price for a 30 day supply.

These made an immediate and now enduring improvement to my long term fatigue issues. I've tried so many supplements and remedies out of desperation and basically nothing has worked long term.
